The Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programme in Administrative Management is a unique transformational programme that will challenge students to seek answers to complex business issues. The programme is designed specifically for senior executives, and provides specialised and comprehensive training, both in theory and practice.
Objectives
The EMBA programme in Administrative Management seeks to:
- Develop the essential cross-functional perspective that prepares students to lead with vision, build focused strategies, strengthen organisational structures and processes, as well as make the tough decisions that drive performance and sustainability.
- Promote and broaden cross-functional expertise and lead organisational change with greater confidence by management of information through people for global impact and a sense of personal achievement.
- Emphasise specialisation in all types of administrative procedures.
Scope
The EMBA programme in Administrative Management cuts across various areas in administrative management theories, policies and roles. Students will complete relevant courses in business related areas in addition to project report in their areas of interest.
Entry Requirements
Candidates for the EMBA programme in Administrative Management shall have the following:
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline.
Admission is twice in a year: April and October.
Mode of Study
The mode of study for the EMBA programme in Administrative Management shall be by course work, organisational case studies, annual attendance of the School’s international conference, and case project report.
Duration
The duration for the Executive MBA programme in Administrative Management shall be four (4) semesters. This is a weekend programme comprising one (1) contact per month over a 5 month period for each semester.
